To reply to a review left by a customer on one of your services:


  1. Locate the Order button under the Seller Tools dropdown menu in the top right corner of your screen:
     Or click the "unanswered reviews" notification on your notification bar at the top of your account. 
  2. Find The Review You Would Like To Reply To
  3. Click "Reply" 
  4. Type Out Your Review
  5. Click "Reply"
