To reply to a review left by a customer on one of your services:
- Locate the Order button under the Seller Tools dropdown menu in the top right corner of your screen:
Or click the "unanswered reviews" notification on your notification bar at the top of your account.
- Find The Review You Would Like To Reply To
- Click "Reply"
- Type Out Your Review
- Click "Reply"
