To reply to a review left by a customer on one of your services:


  1. Locate the Order under the store icon at the right side of you profile picture:

     Or click the "unanswered reviews" notification on your notification bar at the top of your account. 
  2. Find The Review You Would Like To Reply To
  3. Click "Reply" 
  4. Type Out Your Review
  5. Click "Reply"
