The following video will show you what happens and what you need to do when someone opens a dispute on an order you have delivered on Legiit.


Customer Support will give you 48 hours to reply to the dispute and state your case. If you do not reply to the dispute, customer support will fully review the order and chat, however if there is no communication, or limited information within the order to decide the case, the dispute may arbitrarily be closed in favor of the customer and a refund processed. Some tips to help avoid disputes:

 

  • Be completely clear with what you are offering, including what deliverables you will be providing
  • Communicate with your customers clearly and often throughout the entire sales process
  • Make sure what you deliver matches what you offered 100%
  • Be precise with your wording. If you promise something is permanent, then it needs to be permanent
  • Realize that, while you may include whatever disclaimers you like on your sales page, that every sale you make on Legiit qualifies for a dispute.
