When a customer buys a monthly recurring service on Legiit, they will pay via PayPal. PayPal is the only option to purchase recurring services at this time. Then the customer will be billed every 30 days, with PayPal sending a notification email when the subscription will recur.
This is the recurring service flow once the order starts:
The freelancer marks order delivered and begins the work.
The freelancer does the work and delivers it to the customer, every month, on the same order. Please note it does not generate a new order every month, you keep working on the same order. If new information is needed each month for the order, the customer is to provide the freelancer with new information each month so the freelancer has what they need to perform the work for the new month.
Funds go into a 5 day escrow 15 days after order is delivered (by the Freelancer).
The freelancer continues to work on that same order throughout the duration of the subscription, getting funds 5 days the 15th day of each cycle. Recurring orders automatically renew each month until the customer cancels. Freelancers are also to communicate with their customers and ensure they have the information they need to continue the work each month.
When the customer no longer wants the service, They then cancel and leave a review of their experience.
As an example. If an order were placed on the 1st, funds would enter escrow on the 15th, and be available after the 20th.
