If you are having trouble signing in, or forgot your password. You can easily reset it by following the steps below.
1. Please begin by clicking the link on the Legiit log-in page "Forgot password?"

2. You will then be taken to a screen where you can enter the email you used to create your Legiit account. After you enter your email, click the "Reset Password" button.
3. Please proceed to your email provider, and look for a message from Legiit titled "Legiit - Change Password" then click the button at the bottom "Reset your password" (pictured below)
(if you do not see the email, please also check your spam and promotions folders)
*If you still do not see it, please try whitelisting our domain legiit.com then try again.
4. You will then be routed to a new screen where you can reset your password. (pictured below)
*Please note that passwords are case-sensitive. You are also responsible for remembering your password. Legiit does not save password information, however your computer device/browser may have the ability to save passwords to autofill for you. If at any time you clear browser cache, your password may not be saved, and you will have to reenter it manually when logging in.
The password requirements are at least 1 upper case, 1 lower case, 1 special character, 1 number and over 8 characters
5. You're all set!
** Please save your password and take note of capital letters and special characters you may have used. If you have entered in your password wrong too many times, this will lock your account. To unlock your account, please email help@legiit.com and provide your Legiit username and the email you used to register, and we can unlock it for you.
