After a course has been completed, by the system or by the customer. Funds from the course will enter pending clearance for 25 days, then enter escrow for 5 days, then be available to withdrawal.
For instance, if a customer purchased a course on November 1st, funds will pend clearance until November 25th, enter escrow for 5 days then can be withdrawn November 30th.

Customers will have up to 30 days to request a refund on a course. After 30 days has passed from when the course was completed, the customer can no longer request a refund.
