In Progress | Order can not be canceled from the customer's side at this point in the order process because the freelancer may be working on the order. Please wait until the order reaches its due date. However, if you and the freelancer agree to cancel, the freelancer can cancel the order on their end when the order is "In Progress" Orders in progress may also be cancelled from the freelancer's side with a valid reason and this will not affect their freelancer rating. |
Delivered | If you are unhappy with the delivery of the order, you can open a formal dispute. After customer support investigates your claims and if they are found to be valid, the dispute will side in your favor and you will receive a refund. Late | The customer or freelancer can cancel the order by clicking the "Cancel Order" button at the right of your order page. Watch the tutorial here: https://legiit.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/36000209700 If the order is canceled when it is in "late" status, the freelancer will receive a 1-star rating with an automatic review. |
Payment Pending | This is a recurring service that has not been paid yet. This can be cancelled within the order page by clicking the "Cancel Order" button at the top of the order page. |
