Please note, orders can only begin once the customer clicks the "start order" button. Freelancers can't begin an order until the order is started by the customer, and the customer enters information the freelancer needs for the order. 


After you purchase a service, you will be taken to a "Thank you for your Purchase Page" Click the View Transaction Details Button (pictured below) and you can then enter your requirements to start the order.

It will remain "Incomplete" until the customer starts the order.
