Please note, orders can only begin once the customer clicks the "start order" button. Freelancers can't begin an order until the order is started by the customer, and the customer enters information the freelancer needs for the order.
After you purchase a service, you will be taken to a "Thank you for your Purchase Page" Click the View Transaction Details Button (pictured below) and you can then enter your requirements to start the order.

This second video shows you how to start an order, at a later time. You will need to go to your menu > Buying > My purchases to start an order at a later time. Or click this link: https://legiit.com/buyer/my-purchases
It will remain "Incomplete" until the customer starts the order.
