If you are satisfied with the order after filing a dispute, you can easily cancel it in the same section where you filed a dispute. You will go to your Menu > Buying > My Purchases, then click on the order number. 


Scroll to the Delivery Section.



Then click cancel dispute. 




Please note, you can not reopen a dispute once it has been canceled.
