If you have placed an order on Legiit and the order is new or incomplete, you can cancel for a refund anytime by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org or opening a new support ticket at this link here: https://legiit.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new
An order in progress can be canceled for a refund by contacting the freelancer directly. Customer Support will not cancel an order in progress without the freelancer's confirmation, as they may be working on the order.
An order that has been delivered or completed may qualify for a refund. A customer can open a formal dispute and state their case as to why a refund is needed. An order that has become late, can be canceled anytime by the customer within the order itself. An order canceled by the customer or freelancer when it is late will result in a 1-star rating and automatic review of the freelancer's service. Only customers can request a review be removed. Where to expect the refund:
If an order you placed via Paypal - The funds will be returned to your Legiit wallet. You may then use the funds elsewhere on Legiit, or withdraw them.
If an order you placed via Wallet funds - The funds will be returned to your Legiit wallet. You may then use the funds elsewhere on Legiit, or withdraw them.
If an order you placed with a Credit Card is cancelled, the funds will be returned to your Legiit wallet. You may then use the funds elsewhere on Legiit, these funds never expire!
